Fund the Leaders Who Will Shape the Redwood Coast’s Future
The Redwood Coast Chamber Foundation (RCCF) is building the next generation of leaders who will drive inclusive economic growth and build stronger communities across California’s North Coast. Our work connects businesses, nonprofits, schools, government, and community members to high-impact educational experiences that strengthen our region’s resilience - and its future.
Right now, we’re raising funds to provide scholarships for the 2027 Leadership Redwood Coast (LRC) class - removing financial barriers so the most promising and diverse leaders in our community can step forward. Each scholarship, valued at $3,250, opens the door for an individual who may not have the financial means to gain the tools, connections, and perspective needed to lead meaningful change.
Leadership Redwood Coast is a premier five-month fellowship that brings together 30 emerging and established leaders from Del Norte, Humboldt, and Tribal Lands. Through immersive sessions, participants engage directly with more than 90 regional leaders across key sectors, providing a deep dive into local business, government, education, healthcare, housing, climate resiliency, tourism, agriculture, and more.
This isn’t just a leadership program—it’s a catalyst. Fellows leave equipped to solve real challenges, collaborate across sectors, and move our region forward in bold, equitable ways.
Originally launched in 2023 by North Edge (formerly AEDC), LRC is now a flagship program of the Redwood Coast Chamber Foundation, an affiliate of the Greater Eureka Chamber of Commerce.
Your investment doesn’t just support a participant - it strengthens the leadership pipeline our entire region depends on.
